Bolsover Mooracre Lane

The new housing estate between Mooracre Lane and Rotherham Road in East Bolsover started development in 2018 and was completed by 2023 adding 212 new homes to the town. No new facilities such as shops, schools, dentists, or doctors were provided as part of the development.
